01Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MathFlex (“MathFlex”, “we”, “our” or “us”) at https://mathflex.in. By creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Our Services

MathFlex provides digital educational content for JEE Main, JEE Advanced and board-level mathematics, including recorded video lectures, notes and PDFs, practice questions and related learning tools. Content can be bought by chapter or as a course bundle.

We may add, change or remove content and features from time to time. Educational content is provided to support your preparation. We do not guarantee any particular exam result, rank or score.

03Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

If you are under 18, you should use MathFlex with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Each account is for one person. Sharing your account, or letting others use your purchased access, is not allowed.

Tell us promptly at support@mathflex.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

04Purchases, Pricing and Access

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Cashfree. Access is granted after the payment is confirmed by the provider.

Each purchase gives you access to the chapters or courses bought for the access period shown on the product, starting from the date of purchase. After that period ends, access to the content expires unless you renew it.

Coupon codes are valid only for their stated conditions and period, and may be withdrawn at any time.

If a payment is debited but access is not granted, contact us at support@mathflex.in with your order number and we will look into it promptly.

05Licence and Intellectual Property

All content on MathFlex, including videos, notes, PDFs, questions, solutions, graphics, logos and software, is owned by MathFlex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view it for your own non-commercial study during your access period.

You must not:

Copy, download (except where a download option is provided), record, screen-capture, re-upload, resell, share or distribute any content, in whole or in part.

Use our content to create or train a competing product or service.

Remove copyright or ownership notices.

Bypass or attempt to bypass any access control, video protection or payment mechanism.

06Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data.

Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website.

Use automated tools to scrape or overload the website.

Post or submit unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or impersonate any person.

Misuse coupons, referrals or promotions, or attempt to obtain access by fraudulent means.

07Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, including through account sharing, content piracy or payment fraud. In such cases, access to purchased content may be withdrawn and fees paid may not be refundable.

You may stop using MathFlex at any time. To request deletion of your account, email support@mathflex.in. Some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

08Disclaimers

MathFlex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that the content is free of mistakes. Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort.

09Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MathFlex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10Third-Party Services

The website relies on third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting and video delivery providers. We are not responsible for their availability or practices, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
