MathFlex sells digital educational products, such as chapter videos, notes, practice questions and course bundles, that are delivered online immediately after payment. Because of this, our refund policy is different from that for physical goods. Please read it before you buy.

01When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We will refund your payment in these cases:

Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.

Payment taken but no access: your payment was debited successfully but the product was not made available to you, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.

Technical fault: the content you bought cannot be accessed because of a problem on our side that we cannot resolve.

Wrong product, reported quickly: you bought a chapter or course by mistake and tell us within 7 days of purchase, and you have not accessed the content beyond a small preview.

02When a Refund Is Not Available

You have watched, downloaded or otherwise substantially used the purchased content.

More than 7 days have passed since purchase (except for duplicate payments and cases where access was never provided).

You change your mind, or the content does not match your expectations, after using it.

Your account was suspended or closed for violating the Terms of Use, including account sharing or piracy.

Access has expired at the end of its access period.

03How to Request a Refund

Email support@mathflex.in from your registered email address with:

1.Your name and registered email or mobile number

2.Your order number

3.The reason for the request

4.A screenshot of the payment or error, if relevant

We aim to review requests within 3 business days.

04How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment provider, Cashfree.

After approval, refunds are usually credited within 5 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Where a coupon was used, the refund is limited to the amount you actually paid.

When a refund is issued, access to the refunded product is removed from your account.

05Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, the amount is normally returned automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 business days. If it is not, contact us with your order number and we will help you trace it.

06Cancellation

You can cancel an order at any time before paying. Once payment is complete and access is granted, the order can only be reversed under this refund policy.
